After almost three years of planning and collaboration, the Promenade at Pioneers groundbreaking ceremony took place on Tuesday, May 7, 2024.

The Promenade at Pioneers is a 12-unit mixed-income residential development at 46th & Pioneers with seven (7) market-rate homes and five (5) subsidized homes. This project was made possible thanks to many partners, including:
