Former Azalealand Site Redevelopment

NeighborWorks Lincoln is excited to announce that we are in the preliminary stages of purchasing the former Azalealand site at 3701 Prescott Ave in Lincoln. Acquiring this 2.9-acre site will provide an opportunity to collaborate with neighborhood residents and stakeholders to determine how to best develop the area. This includes affordable housing opportunities and neighborhood amenities in alignment with the community.
