Position Title | New Construction Project Manager

Compensation | $55,000 - $67,500, plus benefits (negotiable based on skillset and relevant experience)

The Role | The New Construction Project Manager has the following primary job functions:

  • 60% - Coordinate successful completion of up to 15 new construction projects annually, including consultant engagement, design, bidding, permitting, inspection, payment, reporting, and contract compliance.
  • 20% - Strategic site acquisition and assembly; coordination with NWL Community Land Trust.
  • 10% - Administrative and strategic assistance with organizational reporting, resource development, strategic planning, and other duties, as assigned.
  • 10% - Relationship development and maintenance of consultant, collaborator, and implementer networks.

Internship + Practicum Programs

NeighborWorks Lincoln’s Internship Program is an opportunity for current students and recent graduates to gain applied experience in nonprofit community development work. If you are a current student in high school, college, trade school, or other qualifying educational institution, you may be eligible to earn college credit for part-time work with our organization while you complete your education. Various schedules and work plans can be accommodated.
