Theory of Change

Recurring Giving

From weekly to annually recurring giving is a consistent and convenient way of continuously supporting our mission and helps us plan ahead. Your donation can be automatically charged to your credit card or checking account on a regular basis.

For more information, please call (402) 477-7181 or email ashley.hahnmay@nwlincoln.org with questions about recurring giving.

Donate Land

Donating property, whether its land, a building or both, can be a significant investment in the development of much needed affordable housing, while providing valuable tax benefits to you the donor – a win-win for all. For more information, please call (402) 477-7181 or email ashley.hahnmay@nwlincoln.org with questions about donating property.

Matching Gifts/Payroll Deduction

Matching Gifts/Payroll Deduction is another consistent and convenient way of continuously supporting our mission. Many companies offer matching gift programs to charitable organizations. Contact your company’s HR representative regarding options for supporting The Housing Partnership through your workplace. If your employer requires an Employer Identification Number (EIN)/Federal Tax ID Number, please use 363430278.

Honor and Memorial Gifts

Honor and memorial gifts are wonderful ways to celebrate loved ones, whether it’s the memory of a loved one or the anniversary, birthday, or accomplishments of someone special. Be sure to fill out the optional information on the online donation form and include his/her name. If you’re sending a check, please include his/her name on the memo line of the check.

Make an In-Kind Donation

The donation of tangible items and/or services helps to reduce operating costs so that we can focus on our vision of building stable homes, and vibrant neighborhoods. If you’d like to make an in-kind donation, please call Ashley Hahn-May at (402) 477-7181 or email ashley.hahnmay@nwlincoln.org.

Opening Doors in Our Community

NeighborWorks Lincoln is a non-profit organization dedicated to community revitalization through an active partnership of resident leaders, private businesses and public officials. We open doors for people to achieve their dreams of home ownership and for others who desire a safe and attractive neighborhood.

I wasn’t sure how to move forward, but then I heard about NeighborWorks. It is truly an amazing program…I hope more people use this great service to help themselves and to help Lincoln look better. Thanks, NWL!
