Below are the steps to take in order to report issues you could have in the city of Lincoln. Neighborworks is now promoting a more effective way in making sure your voice and problems are heard through UPLNK.
UPLNK is a free app hosted on the SeeClickFix platform. Use it to report non-emergency quality-of-life issues within the Lincoln City limits, such as streetlight problems, downed tree limbs, potholes or park maintenance issues. There is an option to upload a photo with each service request. You can also use the app to access various City databases.

- Click on this link. https://www.lincoln.ne.gov/city/uplnk/index.htm
- Find the issue you would like to report.
- Confirm location of issue by entering the address or using the map.
- Click confirm.
- You may add an image or select “No Photo”.
- You can add a description, specific address, and the selective boxes that apply to the issue.
- Click “Confirm Details”.
- Select “Submit as yourself” or “Hide Your Identity”
- Click “Next”
- Depending on if you are a registered user or not you may register and submit or sign in and submit.

You do not have to give your name or personal details to get information
