We are currently rehabbing a house in the Malone Neigborhood which will be available for sale early Spring, 2013. There are several new homes planned in the Hartley Neighborhood for Summer/Fall, 2013 as well.

Phase II and III of our Antelope Creek Village townhomes have been started. Six additional units are already under construction with completion expected late April, 2013. The final 6 units will be started soon and those are expected to be completed August, 2013. Several are already sold but there are still some of each of the 3 sizes available.
