NeighborWorks Lincoln strongly recommends that buyers engage the assistance of professional real estate agents before they shop for homes.
NeighborWorks Lincoln looks forward to working with any realtor the buyer chooses to help them with their purchase transaction. If a client is using one of our programs and their Realtor® has not completed a transaction involving us in the preceding few months, the Realtor® is required to meet with one of our staff to go over the specific program and the client’s situation.
We are available to visit any real estate office to explain our current programs. Because our programs change from time to time, we welcome invitations to update real estate agents on what is new at NEIGHBORWORKS® LINCOLN.
