Our program begins with 3 informative classes where the details of the homebuying process are explained by certified instructors.

The next step is to meet with our Director of Homeownership Promotion to obtain approval for an assistance loan.

Thirdly, you will choose which lender you will use and meet with them for your first mortgage loan pre-approval.
