Online service request system: A.C.T.I.O.N. (Acting with Citizens to Improve our Neighborhoods)
This interactive system on the City of Lincoln’s web site allows citizens to request non-emergency services or express concerns online. The ACTION system enables residents to submit and track the resolution of their concerns.
The A.C.T.I.O.N. system includes a list of about 70 topics, such as animal complaints, potholes, broken sidewalks, snow removal and many other issues in all departments. If the department is unknown, simply highlight the topic and click ‘view’.
Citizens lodging a complaint may file anonymously or leave contact information for follow-up. The system is available at: https://www.lincoln.ne.gov/asp/action/default.asp
Each inquiry is assigned a number that you can use to track the requests. In order to track your requests you need to register and log in to the MyInterlinc.
