Antelope Creek Village
Antelope Creek Village continues to be a priority for NeighborWorks Lincoln. We held our Groundbreaking event for the project on August 20, 2009 at 2pm.
The project consists of a new office space for NeighborWorks Lincoln facing P Street, and 18 townhomes varying in size and price. The exact prices of each of the units have not been set, but approximately 50% of the units will be made affordable to persons/families below 80% of median income, while the other 50% will be made available to "market rate" homebuyers.
