Mortgage Counseling and Assistance
NeighborWorks®Lincoln helps first-time homebuyers with low to moderate income obtain mortgage loans. Homebuyers must graduate from NeighborWorks®LincolnHomebuyer Education program to be eligible. Reduced interest rates, down payment and/or closing cost assistance is provided to qualified buyers.
Description
- Loan packages are tailored to each household's needs.
- Up to $25,000 can be borrowed at 0% interest to pay for housing rehabilation, down payment, or closing costs.
- Russian, Spanish, Vietnamese and Bosnian language translation services are offered free of charge.
Realtor Classes
