Online Service Request System
A.C.T.I.O.N. (Acting with Citizens to Improve our Neighborhoods)

This interactive system on the City of Lincoln’s website allows citizens to request non-emergency services or express concerns online. The ACTION system enables residents to submit and track the resolution of their concerns. The A.C.T.I.O.N. system includes a list of 70 topics, such as animal complaints, potholes, broken sidewalks, snow removal and many other issues in all departments. If the department is unknown, simply highlight the topic and click ‘view’.

Citizens lodging a complaint may file anonymously or leave contact information for follow-up; call 402-441-6300 or visit the Action Center website.

Each inquiry is assigned a number that you can use to track the requests. In order to track your requests you need to register and login to MyInterlinc.

Opening Doors in Our Community

We open doors for people to achieve their dreams of home ownership and for others who desire a safe and attractive neighborhood.

I love NeighborWorks! I love my NW clients and I love telling people who do not know about NeighborWorks what it is. We are lucky to have NW in Lincoln.
